Terms of Sales and Service for Superior Car Parts:

Terms for Retail Sales:

On all new Retail customers we will only send out orders Prepaid by check or Visa/Master Card. Sorry, NO open accounts will be honored.

Custom Orders:

Orders of $1,000.00 and up will require that we receive a minimum partial payment of 50% prior to the order being processed. The balance must be paid prior to shipping.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped UPS, Cost to be added to order unless requested otherwise. No Parcel Post C.O.D. orders will be honored.

Terms for Wholesale:

On all new Wholesale customers, we will require proof that you are an established antique car part dealership. Orders will only be sent out Prepaid by check or Visa/Master Card.

Refunds and Exchanges:

We will at our option, repair, replace, or refund up to our original sales price of any product we have manufactured, which we have agreed is defective in materials or workmanship, subject to the following conditions:

1. The product must have been purchased directly from Superior Car Parts.
2. Any request for adjustment must be made within 90 days of receipt of product.
3. Any returns must be authorized by Superior Car Parts, be returned with freight prepaid, and be accompanied by a copy of our original invoice.


We will gladly exchange for credit any part ordered from us in error if returned to us within 45 days:

1. The part must not be altered and must be in re-sellable condition.
2. Any return must be authorized by Superior Car Parts, be returned with freight prepaid, and with a copy of our original invoice included.
3. Any return for refund must be within 30 days of receipt, and will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee.
4. Customized parts and special ordered parts (not listed in our catalog) cannot be returned unless defective.
